You are right, but technicaly between 1977 and 1983 she fronted her band Toyah, "Minx" was the first album released by Toyah Willcox as a solo artist.

This was the first new release Toyah album I ever bought after catching up with her earlier releases. I had forgotten this song...glad to have rediscovered it! Toyah has always been awesome, and like Kate Bush, she can do so much in a video with so little. Just beautiful.

I wish I could be as Liberated x... Brilliant song and Artist, Come back Toyah or should i say, the modern day should accept such an amazing artist because she is back as her new song proves x... I would love to meet her always have wanted too, I bet in the 80's her concerts were the best. But considering my age i've never had the chance to see one, perhaps in the future =] x

I think this was actually one of the stronger tracks on Minx. Toyah wrote some good songs on the album but they ended up very over produced for chart friendliness. It would be nice if she re-worked some of them live, and same for Desire.
