Two great Toto's singers, Bobby Kimball and Joe Williams.

Song Pamela, originally written for The Seventh One album in 1988 on which is sung by Williams.

There is no winner (except for the perosnal one), it's for the purpose of entertainment only.

None of the music used is a property of mine, all rights belong to Toto and the recording company.

I rather choose to stop this duel. There is no need to compare Toto's frontmen. Both Kimball and Willians had successfully given their signature to this lovely band. It is no surprise if sound strange when they tried to sing any songs originally not lead by each of them, or "switch" for short. Bobby did not fits well for "Pamela" and so did Joseph for "Rosanna", but I respect their good efforts. So this means, both are TIE or DRAW.

oh my...... That's Lee Sklar. He's one of the greatest bass players EVER! Listen to that groove and musicality (look it up) Mike P. is a notch above a wedding band bass player. He got the gig because of his brother (Jeff)...

Both at their best I much prefer Bobby; he had a better range and I preferred his tone. However Bobby never looked after his voice which Is why he can no longer sing

If you like your singers auto tuned out the wazoo, then Bobby is your man. He can't sing on pitch to save his life anymore. Joseph still can. Luke has all but admitted that the reason the Falling in Between DVD that featured Bobby took so long to release was because it took months to work on Bobby's vocals. When the singer is so off pitch, you have to work note by note and inflection by inflection. This is made even more complicated on live recordings by all of the ambient noise that each mic on stage picks up. So, again, if you like auto tuned goodness, go with Bobby. I'll stick with Joseph. I saw Toto live earlier this year in New Orleans and he was quite good live.
