Almost unbearable scratchy --a varitable nails-on-blackboard kind of sonic nightmare--, but still very captivating. I enjoyed "Solar Forge" a lot --particularly "Ephaestus' Wrath"--, which is available in the Naxos Music Library, by the way.

This is so interesting...When Bruce lived in Philly he was all about playing "inside" so to speak...to the point of not appreciating musicians that he "attempted" to play with...or more acccurately attempted play with him...that were more open and free in their approach. Now he's quite well know for this approach to performing/playing???
