One of the best covers ever. I'd kill for a cup of coffee with this lady. I love you Tori.

Stevie's version is better. Even now, Her raw, warm voice gives Landslide a depth that it never had before. I love Tori but, she has a way of being overly indulgent with her music. It can be exhausting.

I just read through the comments and I think it's rather disconcerting that people would debate which is the finer artist!Stevie Nicks wrote it herself and when she and Lindsey Buckingham did this song before Fleetwood Mac existed.(Buckingham Nicks)They did it beautifully! The song by copyright belongs to Nicks!I came here looking for Tori Amos doing various covers, this included. She is an astonishing performer and she did deliver an amazingly moving version of this song!Does Tori ever fall short? The answer is NO!Such talent and so much grace from Tori and Stevie was a Rocker thus the versions naturally would significantly vary.I'm in luv with this performance. Please don't misconstrue my intent.Just commenting on an observation regarding the comparison and arguments when they can't be compared.Tori is a classical artist and I've not seen a flaw in her masterful cover here.Stevie gives it a raw edgy sound. You just cannot compare the two.Perfect example it's like comparing Dolly Parton's 1st song written to Whitney Houston's version. It simply cannot be done!Thank -U ever so much for uploading this it's so beautiful redone ⭐️Stay Kewl⭐️ That's just my humble opinion.

I cannot believe she covered this, since I've always thought Winter and Landslide share similar themes -the change of seasons as metaphors to growing up, standing on your own, etc. Wow, I'm Speechless!

only thing that bothers me about tori covers is that she covers hits that have been covered several times before, so its kind of boring.. rather see her cover gypsy or something lol

I agree. The Smashing Pumpkins version (and I really do love that band) is just...awful.

Excellent. This sure as hell beats the Glee version. LOL. By a long shot! Doing justice to a cover song (i.e. making it their own) should be a singer's #1 priority...Tori delivers.

As far as the original version argument goes... Why are you here, again? Lol. For whatever it matters, I'm fond of the original and the derivative performance. Added her own little twist to the creation. I wouldn't consider the performance a hack or a cheap knock off. I'm admittedly biased, though. Pretty sure that the term "witchy voice" has been used to describe both sirens.

Love the original, but this song has been covered to death. Leave it to Tori to breathe some fresh air back into it. Haunting.
