i'm curious what motivated you to make the upgrade to td-30 from td-20. for triggering in SD, are there significant differences between the td-20 vs td-30?

I saw you go for the ride bell at 0:48. Have you found it difficult to get superior drummer to interface cleanly with what the TD30 spits out, in terms of MIDI? A drummer friend of mine lent me his VDrums and TD30 while we work on a project of his, and I'm trying to sort thru the intricacies of getting the two pieces of gear to communicate with each other.

nice. just one question: I´m using a TD30KV, too. On my macbook pro I´m running superior drummer 2. both connected via USB. to play "live" like in this video the latency seems to be way too high. do I need a fast midi interface? what setup do you use? thanks for help.
