I really love this song. And why I love it is how real it is.I know people will dismiss it as a total downer, but the reality is that not everyone lives a happy life.Having a neglectful parent in a below-middle economy life sucks, and this song encapsulates that feeling.Not everybody's life is a ray of sunshine and rainbows, and not every story has a happy ending.I know it may sound Emo for me to say, but for every upside there's always a downside that'll occasionally drag it down.

I remember buying this on cassette tape. We are so poor then that my brother and I can only save up 3 dollars (150 pesos) a year. But I was not dissapointed. This album rocks! All songs are good that I don't have to rewind the tape just to hear a song again ( young kids who haven't had a cassette tape can't relate ). Then a couple of years this band become the most hated band in the internet.
