Great Sy Oliver arrangement--ever since he wrote it, it's hard not to hear influences of it in later recordings. It's interesting listening to Sinatra during this period. He had a more youthful, boyish style. Later in the 40s he adopted more of a baritone and an almost operatic style. Then in the 50s it was his swinging singing and reflect ballad style (the voice I usually think of as Sinatra's) and of course, his later voice, which was at first, deeper in tone and then later, when let's face it, his tone and timbre pretty much gone, but he still had that innate sense of excellent phrasing.
