Interestingly, you wouldn't tell just from listening to this version, but Bonny is actually a GUY. In the original there's background singing that goes "But Bonny don't live at home, (he don't live at home)". Apparently it's a song about a friendship falling apart. Well, I guess.

To me Sprouts' Bonny is trurly a sacred song, and honestly I can not even keep listening this one but I think it's fair trying tp respect the effort to make it different, And that's just what it is, another song, totally. After all, the great news is that if we come across something we don't like, we're not forced to listend to it. Just turn the page and that's it.

I'm not sure about this. The instrumentation for the verse seems to make the song drag terribly, and the transition from verse to chorus - which was explosive in the original - is just ponderous here. Still, interesting I suppose.
