It's not trip hop. it's usually called lounge or chillout music. It's not very specific because it encompasses a wide variety of stuff such as acid/smooth jazz elements and usually influenced by world music -in this song french accordion music- I listen to thievery corp. a lot and they have a lot of indian/arabic/jamaican/brazilian mixes in their songs.
