i like odl rap too. but stuff even older than nwa! the original east coast stuff. the clash were the 1st white people to do rap (and in a way they were the 1st to bring it to a world scale)! they dont get the credit for it and dont look for it either but they were possibly the best thing to ever happen to that scene!

ye.the cure are another band scen kids and emos hop all over.i like old rap alot aswell,NWAS public enemy and shit.but the new rap like 50 cent,eminem and stuff is a joke.and i really like the smashing pumpkins

i dont really know what peopel consider "different" but i love punk, classic rock, nwobhm, blues, thrash metal, psychadelic rock, reggae, ska, rock n roll/rhythm n blues, funk, fusion. i like jazz and a bit of folk, industrial, and loadsa just random shite. there would be a lot of bands in there i'd say are more out there and original than the cure but the cure were amazing in their early years

i was talking about metal but ye ther isnt alot of emo bands here but the emo fans are not hard to come across.and indie is the most cringable bullshit around .its like the bands come off a conveyor belt they are all so similar

yeh i dont think i've even seen or heard of a fuckin emo band here but in the city centre thay all hang around outide the bank on weekends. less so than they used to. i hate walking past that kip incase people mistake me as being one of the cunts that hangs around there! over here that fassionable trendy tight jeans and medium lenght hair with dressy hats and allt hat indie shit here is big. all the bands sound the same aswel. its fucking shit!

over here in dublin it's not as big a scene as it was say 2 years ago. i have no idea what half the bands they like even sounds like but i've heard a few and i'm completely against anything that " emotional rock" stands for. fucking songs ahve been emotional since the dawn of fucking music. retards! and that gay him band with their so call "love metal" grinds my fucking gears too!
