Tokio Hotel is a German pop-rock band founded by the twins Bill (voice) and Tom (guitar) Kaulitz, Georg Listing (bass guitar) and Gustav Schafer (drums). In the first years of their career they used to call themselves Devilish, then turned into Tokio Hotel in 2005. During the Devilish period, they remarked themselves like boarding strange and mature themes for some 13-14 aged kids, which combined with the wild look of the singer Bill Kaulitz attached them an EMO band label. This influences also are felt on their first album as Tokio Hotel, Schrei (Scream) released in 2005. The album is dominated by songs like Schwarz (Black) or Gegen meinen willen (Against my will) talking about the twins' unhappy childhood and songs that reflected their desire to be taken as a serious and mature rock band. Schrei (Scream) is one of them and it was the song that titled the album and one of the most appreciated of them ever from this album, together with Durch den Monsum (Through The Monsoon) and Rette Mich (Rescue Me) which talks about the strong relationship between the twins Bill and Tom. So, this is the beautiful ballad Rette Mich performed in Schrei Live Tour in Oberhausen (Germany) 2006.
