@XxDeadIsAllXx Aside from the fact that Bill has major practice and vocal warm ups. He knows how to use both his his head register tone and head voice, mainly because in a Falsetto you use your head register tone. In a head head voice you have your vocal chords opened only a certain amount. Example: When Bill sings "Hello! Hello!" In Darkside Of The Sun. Bill can easily go back an forth which helps a lot. But you probably didn't really want to know how he can sing high notes... sorry!
