Such a powerful song and game. I consider myself that guy that doesn't cry and am to tough for anything to affect me emotionally. The ending sent chills up and down my spine, and my eyes watered up like a 7 year old girl. How does a 2-D Indie game bring out tears I didn't even shed at my mothers funeral? The music is so powerful and is perfectly implemented to really bring drama to the story. When this ending theme plays I can't help but ponder my own life. No movie, big budget video game, poem, book or play has been so well written to make me feel so sad. Kan Gao is a name I will not forget soon, and can't wait to see what he works on next.

When I finished watching a gameplay of this game, for a single moment I thought.... At that moment I was in a relationship, and when I thought about a entire life with him but without each of our memories and experiences... like if we just met and began together in two months, and not after 2 wonderful years of friendship....I hugged my dog and cried for more than halfa an hour

Every time i listen to these songs or play the game again it makes the ending feel less sad and more happy. After all he did go to the moon and he thought his life was perfect, he remembered that first night when he gave her the platypus . Isn't that all river ever wanted?
