The problem I have with this cover is that Tina sounds too anxious, too excited. It requires a more gentle hurt and ache than she is putting in. It doesn't really sound like she is a "soul without a mind" or "a body without a heart". I do like the instrumentation, but Tina needed to tone it down more.

This is absolutely terrible. Anyone thinking this is better than the original needs their ears blasting out with a pressure washer. Jesus H Christ it's diabolical. I can't erase it from my mind. It's like i've seen my grandparents shagging or something. Traumatised. :/

i loved the version of massiv attack, but tina turners version is in my ears much better! ... a phenomenal single at the nearby end of her loooong career, which brought good vibrations in my younger life until now

with 180 million albums sold and a 50 year career she can cover what the hell she wants to. shes legendary. if aretha can sing touch my body.... tina can cover a massive attack song.

i dont get why she would even cover this, she is great but i feel taking a song and making an almost exact copy of it but with a little effect over the top and an extra piano seems so pointless

not better than the original but still pure awesome. Don't expect tina turner to perform a trip hop song with progressive elements lol, she sang it with her own style and put a great work. Now haters can go home.
