I think a lot of these type of TV shows insist upon miming which is a shame as Tina can sing as we know. TOTP was famous for the lip-synching.

Lip Synced. Amazing. I never would've believed it but even the mighty Tina Turner lip syncs apparently. The male singer is actually singing but she is lip syncing to her original vocal recording from the album. Proof? 2:42 she does not pronounce the word "always". She lip syncs "just a memory" but the line is "always just a memory". The "always" is clearly audible but her lips are closed. Extreme close up, too. She has the pipes to sing it for real just must've been feeling poorly.

@maurice19682001 yeah, but Tina Turner's hair is too fluffy for Tina Turner. It's difficult to compare Tina's hair to anyone else's but her own.
