I saw him back in Lansing probably 10 years ago, and of course like a dumbass I sat right by the stage and he was big on talkin to audience so him and I went back and forth and he was so fantastic, he kept turning to me and asking me because nobody else was drunk enough to talk back to him without feeling awkward, and he did just a great set and as he walked off the stage he put his hand on my shoulder and said thank you, and i said "great set! Tim" A fantastic asshole if there ever was one, smart as hell, funny as hell, quick on his feet. was so sad to see that he had passed.
