Poor or not, I'm not finding that it detracts from my experience of the music. I mean, sure, it could be done better, but in 1998 Anata didn't have the same kind of funds or connections that they did in 2006.

this album came out in 1998. to my knowledge, scar symmetry formed as a band in the 2000's.
