Idk why people are so upset about the whole "not country" thing. He is clearly thinking bigger than the country genre especially with Crash and Burn and I guarantee the rest of his album will sound nothing like his last. Guy is definitely talented and influenced by multiple genres. I enjoy his music as a music fan, not soley a "country" fan

First of all, TR luv it... Wicked Wild and I'm 53. Yeah that's right and I love this shit. Fun video to make I'm sure. Kudos to you for thinking outside the box and doing something upbeat, senseless and radically wild. Living on the wild side, nothing wrong with that. For those of you .... that's right all the negative nellies out there who seem to think once an artist does one genre of music they have to always do country, or always do rock you need to look beyond the end of your stuck in the mud noses. Music is an expression of moving melodic art. There are somethings you do the same everyday, like tying your shows, or driving to work but when your work allows the freedom of creative expression you just need to go with it. Keep writing Thomas, your real fans respect your art.

I love ya Thomas Rhett but his song is HORRIBLE. Reminds me of a country version of "Pretty Fly for a White Guy." It won't stop me from pre-ordering the album, though. Every album needs a goofy song I guess. I'm sure this will smash live but I'm just not feeling it right now. Probably the only song of yours I didn't like right off the bat.

I was listening to a country mix on Spotify and then this came on and I was like "what the hell is this?" I looked and I saw it was Thomas and I was like "This isn't country. This is mainstream Taylor Swift garbage. Like this is equally as bad as "Shake it off." I love Thomas I really, really, do but he can do so much better than this. He doesn't need to prove himself he already has and if anything this is only discrediting him. I am all for changing it up but not changing it up, but not to the point where it's bad. Like Scotty blew me away with Southern Belle. It's gritty and it's got a rock vibe to it and it's still pure country. I think Thomas should have asked for some advice before releasing this. So disappointed if you can't tell.
