Classic song from Thirstin Howl III's "Skilligan's Island" album... a very underrated lyricist, with a totally unique delivery and completely raw style. Should be recognized as a premier underground star of the 90's, and a moniker for skilled Puerto Rican rappers along with greats like Big Pun. The album also contains the song "Watch Dees" featuring a young Eminem, shortly before he became too expensive to feature on underground songs like this. Me and my homie used to DJ at this bar and he dropped this tune at that point we both were broke as fuck struggling to get paid doing shitty DJ gigs for $50 bucks and free booze and we still lived with our moms. It was a point of reflection. The knocking on the door yelling "Ma Let me in I'm not drunk" even though I had lost my keys by being too drunk.
