The lyrics aren't wrong. This was recorded when the song was in the late stages of a work in progress. The studio version on Flood wasn't even recorded yet. If you listen to the 1989 rough mix of the song "They Might Be Giants" from the Flood sessions, you'll hear that the majority of the lyrics were changed while it was being worked on as they are quite different from the final.

Man, I wish MTV could be this good again (not that I was around back when it was like this xD) but today it's just a total load of crap. I can't stand watching it. Live music, introducing new bands that really need the attention and GOOD MORALS is where their real focus should be, not the shitty highschool dramas where at least one episode involves teenage pregnancy.
