Years later I caught the Tiny Toons versions of *Istanbul (Not Constantinople)* and *Particle Man*, and at first thought they were meant as some sort of parody. well, by my guestimation, they could have tinkered with the speed of the song to slow it down.. then sing to the sloweed down version. You could then speed up the film to match the real one. I am a genius!! I'm sure they prolly did try something like that. its a good idea anyway
