Nah, I don't really care. I'm just saying many candy rappers are selling a gimmick that was maybe true for rappers before them. It's boring, annoying and an insult to their listeners to just repackage the same idea. One thing it does do is promote violence among the poor... which is exactly what the record labels want the listeners to do because THAT means more popularity for that type of music and more sales. Sorry this comment is old... I just don't pay much attention to youtube.

Just research doseone rap battles in Detroit, it's all about someone we all know who practiced and setup his come back lyrics! Rapping improv and being who you are and what you truly respect went down against someone who sold them self out! Aka emenem! Don't believe me read doseone's many interviews online.

@anderxale tupac was the last hip hop artist to rap about the street in an attempt to steer the young listeners away from his lifestyle while promoting the idea that no matter what happened in your past that you regret you still keep your head up. He created thug life because he was once a youngster involved in gang violence and that's all he knew. He was NOT trying to make being a thug his gimmick, rather he was using it as a medium to express his ideas. Do some research.
