I reckon that both the Who and the Small Faces couldn't make up their minds if they wanted to be Mod or Rock n Roll bands. Both were just so good at both, I am eternally grateful they did not get stuck and labelled as Either. Roger looks unhappy because the sound man seems to have gone to the pub. Quite handy really, because he's well off key here.
