Here's Gary joining The Who live on stage at Hyde Park in 1996 at The Prince's Trust Concert performing 'I've Had Enough'.Gary was in the role of the Godfather...and who inadvertently struck Daltrey in the eye with a microphone stand during rehearsals, forcing the frontman to wear an eyepatch (fittingly adorned with a mod-inspired target logo) during the show.

I understand the hated for "Sir" Glitter but you have to admit that this was a FANTASTIC rendition of I've had enough. The stage production was amazing and the sound was unreal for a live event! Dragging Rog and Pete down with Glitter is uncalled for and totally not cool. Come on and enjoy the show for how great it was!!!9 years ago

Interesting. Was this Glitter's last performance in front of a huge audience? His star had risen again. It fell quickly once punk started. In either 78 or 79 I saw him free in front of quite a small audience beside the funfair in Roundhay Park, Leeds as part of some Leeds gala event.9 years ago

What were The Who's Management thinking putting Glitter on Stage with the Who ffs ok it was nearly 20 yrs ago but even back then Glitter had a dodgy reputation.....Not one of there better moves 9 years ago
