The Best Live album ever!

Restless

Absolutely agree! One of the best renditions I've ever heard. Mr. Daltrey's vocal performance is peaking to an exceptional level of listening pleasure.

You sir are wrong, I am not illiterate in Science. I have examined the evidence and I believe it leans towards a flood more than simple continental drift. In the realm of the science you are speaking of there are many things that simply don't make sense, this and such things as punctuated equilibrium simply don't add up. P.S. Ad Hominum is not a great way to attack my theories.

I know you don't think so, but you are scientifically illiterate and believe in mythology as fact....There are mountains, deserts and forests that used to be under the sea... This is basic geology....And I do mean BASIC...

Tectonic activity and continental drift which placed sea creatures on land everywhere? I don't think so.

ROGAN

That's not evidence of a flood, that's evidence of tectonic activity and continental drift.... A global flood never happened. It's rhetorical nonsense to claim it did. The claim has no credibility at all.... It's a physical impossibility. Only the scientifically illiterate would even suggest it...

We were talking about the disposition of God and assuming these things happened. You did not ask for evidence. The evidence would be such areas as the fossil record where we find clams and many other sea creatures scattered throughout the earth and the way many other fossils were preserved, it points very much towards a flood. Other evidence for the Bible may include the "Sun Stand Still" time in history which was proven by NASA to be factually sound. If you want evidence, you should ask :)

Wow...You got it bad.....You are aware of course these are bronze age myths, with no more factual weight then big foot or Nessy?... Or in the case of Adam and Eve as factual as Zeus or Wotan....

There is a long complicated chapter on why he flooded the earth, but that is besides the point. God waited for over a hundred years for people to accept there place on Noah's ark. And in regards to cancer, he didn't design it, nor did he give it to humans. Adam and Eve disobeyed God and he was no longer able to protect them in the perfect Garden (although he gave them afterwards, they had fallen)

ROGAN

Yeah...Just God's general disposition, not that he literally throws disabled kids in Hell...But then he may as well, if you believe he flooded the world as punishment, or designed cancer, then is he really all good?

You said "You Believe in the literal word of the bible, then my first comment is factual." That is what I thought you meant.

It's not in the Bible. It's in the song! I wasn't expecting the Spanish Inquisition...

Where in the Bible is God sending deaf, dumb, and blind boys to hell? Many things are unprovable, even with evidence. The big bang is unprovable, yet it is accepted by faith. God is both accepted on faith and by personal experience. Intelligent creation is the logical option. I can't show you a physical God, but I can show God through myself. Furthermore, many religions are controlling, but not Christianity, which is a friendship with a merciful and generous savior. Youtube debate is futile.

I do see the irony of your comment, I still find it rude. Why is it that you believe that God is just a primitive human construct? Answer me that.

ROGAN

That's nice...Since you asked, I see him as a primitive human construct based on base fear and the need of protection and reassurance....but whatever floats your boat.... The fact you fail to see the irony of my comment says something about your speed of uptake.

On what are you basing this assertion? I believe God has a supernatural intervention with people who are unable to comprehend or even read his word.
