The tuning problem was from the Digitech whammy not being pushed all the way down. I've had this happen to me a few times.

Jack White signature. He played guitars with warped necks and bad intonation to create more of a challenge for himself. Also the octave pedal he used gave the effect of an out of tune guitar.

its probably the whammy pedal. the down 1 octave effect gets kinda dissonant if you play chords :P

are those all good groups? My friend only listens to music from the 1970s and he feels like rock is dead but i like groups from all eras from bach mozart and beethoven all the way up to the black keys the strokes and the white stripes and Im trying to find a group that I know he would like so do u think I should check these guys out? the only one I know from those names is miles kane and hes pretty cool but i dont think my friend would like him even though i think hes great

@Ken10124 Ha the Airline is notoriously bad usually, but here it's cause he keeps bending the strings, which also brings all the added octaves out of tune. I like it, it sounds unhinged!!
