it's about oasis -without a doubt "  the teach the world to sing"   line seals it for me. oasis got sued for using that melody  for shakermaker on their 1st album.  that and the "supersonic"  line.  the  other stuff could be about punk rock in general.   anyway, the 1st 2 oasis albums are better than  monster and this album.
