I have a brother with the same social disability and he can wipe his ass FINE. He's a bit offbeat but yeah he can function. There was this kid on the news that had the same condition and the reporter was all "Even though Ryan has this disability, he's in the honour roll and gets straight A's!!" WTF? It's not like it's an ACADEMIC disability, and even kids who do have it overcomed there condition in SOME WAY.
