Very late response. This song is about her being away from her boyfriend. She was missing him and met up with an old friend. She let him stay over night and they slept together. Her boyfriend found out, he had forgiven her but he kept mentioning his name. Everytime they argued she was scared they were going to break up...which in the end, they did. Via her saying "if I'd only known it would break us"

I've got a feeling this song is actually through Jess' experience's. In her voice you can just feel the pain. Unlike in Lisa's voice. I'm not being mean to Lisa she has an outstanding voice! (as you can see in her own song Green Eyes Make Me Blue) But I can just feel Jess more. Plus she seems to sing more lines in it. But ouchy, she slept with someone else while her boyfriend is away? We all make mistakes though, right? I love this woman so much.

I am open minded. That doesn't mean I have to condone things we all know are wrong to do. I think that people who cheat do deserve happiness but I think if someone betrays their partner in that way, they don't deserve the love of that person. Also, my username is referring to my acceptance of different beliefs/races/sexualities, not an acceptance to those who cheat. Really though? Are you a moon? Are you an author? I very much doubt the first one so don't look too much into usernames like that.

I adore the song, but I can happily say that I can in no way relate to it. :) In my opinion, cheating is the worst thing you could do and you don't deserve that persons love or trust anymore if you've cheated on them.
