Bought the record Walk Don`t Run when it came out in 1960 .I didn`t buy the Ventures 45 but John Barry`s one .So taking I know this record very well I`d say you are playing it in style of John Barry in fact near carbon copy of that record .B/T is def John Barry . .The Ventures one was a bit lighter sounding . Nicely played and I did enjoy it .JB7 were a favourite of mine back then with the marvellous Vic Flick on lead guitar .
