Cyclic Things

A decade that gave rise to a lot of my favorite bands. Pixies, Meat Puppets, Thin Lizzy, Dire Straits, Violent Femmes, Ween. Maybe not the best style and fashion came out of the 80's, but some great bands were spawned.

People that fetishize the 80s tend by and large (though not entireley) to be late teens early twenties scene kids, anyway. Frances and Eugene are two people who were ACTUALLY FUCKEN THERE. So if you don't like what they have to say, fucken well direct your attention elsewhere!
