I was a kid throughout the 80s. It was a time of excess, pretentiousness, and the "golden era" of conservative politics. My parents didn't make too much money, and I had to do without a lot of things then, causing me to be out of the loop with most other kids. The only things I miss about the 80s were the music, TV shows, and the movies; fuck everything else.
