Look at early '60s vintage Billy Thorpe and the Aztecs. Billy went on to be one of Australia's heaviest pre AC/DC blues rockers. Plus Billy and Bon got into some mischief together around this time. Not always of their own making. RIP Billy

Why is everybody making a big deal about SG Gibson?. It's not as if Angus invented them. Tony Iommi from Black Sabbath used almost excusively SGs 4 years before AC/DC. They were an extremely popular guitar.

@Jake Lakota The lead singer (Vince Lovegrove) introduced Bon to AC/DC when he was working as a music journalist. I believe he also did some promotional work for them so I don't think he would have been too bothered.
