Maybe she needed it for her job. Maybe she used the comuter at the job. Maybe someone gave her one for free. Maybe she used the free internet at the library. More than likely, though, she just didn't feel like paying.

There was a lady on tv who was using limewire, and got fined $1,000 a song!! Labels give no mercy. That lady was poor and didn't have enough to drive to buy a cd, she was stuck with 3 kids, and she had a windows 2000 to download her stuff. Pretty sad story. I bet the artist would feel sorry for her. Illegal downloading is the record's fault, not the computer user. If labels stopped hunting down those who are up/downloading, they could focus more on the music!

My thoughts exactly. But those corporations, like when I uploaded sum 41 and rise against, are fucking ruthless. They'd take my parent's house and car if they could. What do they give a fuck?

The labels would be making heckloads of money from you.

I didnt care about getting my account deleted, but really about getting sued. Not a big chance, but still some. I only have one CD from Epitaph, the new Bad Religion one. I really want Fat Wreck. But really, I'm contacting every punk label I find. That's because I want options, to the point where I don't have to care what label music is on, I can upload it.

it would've been great if you got epitaph to join you. You'd be able to upload all the legends. I'm going to upload CD's too, but I'm not going to consult the label. I'm taking a risk to get my account deleted.
