The "38 Years Old and never kissed a girl" is because one of them was arrested and imprisoned for murder at a young age (as referenced in the song, he killed some guy who raped his sister). So, he hadn't kissed a girl yet before going to prison, and well, he's now 38 years old and because he was in jail since then he still hasn't kissed a girl.
