Any Temptations fan knows that all through out the late 60's and early 70's they released handfuls of socially driven message songs. Here is some what of an attempt at that. Obviously I wouldn't put it as a "Social" message but its getting a point across that people really need health and exercise in their lives. Plus its great to see them explore new content. Even if it does sound a bit corny. The group would do this again later that year on a song called "Miss Busy Body (Get Your Body Busy)". Copyrights owned by Motown Records (1983).
