of course, you're totally right in your analysis, and i quite agree with you, and of course there's no best voice or stuff like this. It's just that for me he's got the same emotion in voice, you know, there are quite different, but (im sorry i'm french i don't find the precise word for what i mean) but when they finish their sentence, and the voice get higher, that's when they really look similar. Of course both of them are really good artist, but Dylan's the only legend for now ;)

I don't think so but thats just me, There is a resemblance but raspy and whiny can be a description of many artists. To me Tallest man has a more intimate voice that is, in lack of better words "constantly in pain". Dylan has a more awkward and careless kind of singing style that is less introvert. None of them has "the better voice" and they are powerful in their own ways...
