Anyone know the name of this show and the year, I know it's from Cafe Bleu 84, I lived and breathed the album at the time, utter brilliance, a messy album musically like The Gift before, but a period of Weller's sharpest song writing , for me anyways, cheers for the upload. rangers 1170 is spot on there.

Notice how he carries the song with his singing and guitar playing. Not a lot of musicians can do that. He is really a wonderful guitarist in that most important sense: plays to write and sing.

Gotta love the Cubs shirt that Steve White has on! Paul definitely rocks and I'm glad I had to see him at least once in my lifetime back in 2003/2004 when he was playing at the Warfield in San Francisco.
