@ B Grant.......wrong old son.......this is most definitely The Stranglers playing. Meninblack is a massively slowed down version of a song later released as "Two Sunspots" which was originally recorded but not released in 1978. The new vocals are by bassist JJ Burnel via some vocal processing.
