rap is raw in comparison to black 70´s music.The spinners soul style is so decent, it has a magic that´s very hard to be equalized by today´s singers.Rap is just words thrown ( several times without the same feelling), many of them talk about futile subjects,addict to material welfares,erotic things. Many rappers use nicknames as their stage names and non-standard english. They have less decorate than soul groups of the 70´s.
