That's true. Whilst I can't completely discard shoegazing as a Pumpkins influence, I think it's a different kind of sound, more polished (wich I like, too).

Billy did say this song was a My Bloody Valentine knock off, but a lot of the production off of SD and MCIS is pretty shoegaze-like. The way the guitars are layered in a "wall of sound".
