I remember seeing Jinky play in Peters Bar (been shut for years), Coatdyke, Scotland, about 20 odd years ago. Just him, keyboard and guitar. Friday night, local punters, I offered to buy him a beer, but he had so much drink in front of him he gave me a pint.

Came accross this by accident. Used to play this in a band in the 80's. Fabulous number to play- everybody knew it and joined in. Really under rated Scottish band. Thanks for the memory!!!!!!!!!

Much as I love the silencers I cannae say that Scottish Rain is anywhere near one of their best songs. But hey i'm glad that someone likes that one.
