The Shakers were my favorite band in Nashville at the time. I have very fond memories of the dawn of the 90's in Nashville. It was a great scene.At one show, one night, somewhere, (3rd and Lindsley? I don't know....) Rebecca said that someone told here that "It's not cool to cover Zeppelin songs anymore." So Rebecca dedicated The Rain Song to that person that night.And we watched and listened with rapt attention.....

Unforgettable. When the Shakers came to Knoxville, well, I know of no other more admired or well loved band of that time. Their emotional/musical explorations kept even rowdy Knoxville audiences rapt. The Best.

I heard her sing at a Party in Murfressboro a few years ago. Truly amazing voice. Plant would be pleased !
