The Seekers originally recorded Malvina Reynolds' lullaby in 1964, since learned and sung by 3 generations of children. I've enhanced it so that the audio plays at the correct speed/ pitch and in stereo. From the 'World of The Seekers' DVD (1968). More of these videos on the playlist below:

Judith Durhams voice is powerful and clear. Yes there are female artists who have great voices but Judith Durham is tops. Believe it her voice brings tears to my eyes. She has a million dollar voice. God bless her.

Whenever this 51-year-old sees a clip of Judith Durham, he wishes he were 20 years older. Think she likes younger guys?

Wonderful, every time I hear this I get the urge to dry myself off in a warm towel in front of a blazing fire and get into my pyjamas. The trouble is I'm now 57.

"Morningtown Ride", by the Seekers. A beautiful song a mother might sing to her child. Judith is all dressed up and sings like a mother about to take a ride on a train to Morningtown.

What a lovely song. Judith is so beautiful. The Seekers bring back memories of an era that saw music like it was meant to be. Simplistic yet immortal. Thank you for sharing.
