From The Seekers farewell concert July 7 1968 at the BBC in London.

The last time they sang this song as a group in the sixties.

I hope these few videos give you good memories and can help to keep

their songs and music alive. We can not let them be forgotten.

I'll never find another you is composed by Tom Springfield and was recorded at Abbey Road studioes in London november 4 1964.

"I'll never find another you" was to become their first number one hit in the UK 1965.

And by the way,Judith overslept and got late to the studio that day :)

I'll Never Find Another You

There's a new world somewhere they call the promised land,

And I'll be there someday if you will hold my hand.

I still need you there beside me, no matter what I do,

For I know I'll never find another you.

There is always someone for each of us they say,

And you'll be my someone forever and a day.

I could search the whole world over until my life is through,

But I know I'll never find another you.

It's a long, long journey, so stay by my side.

When I walk through the storm, you'll be my guide, be my guide.

If they gave me a fortune, my pleasure would be small;

I could lose it all tomorrow and never mind at all.

But if I should lose your love dear, I don't know what I'd do,

For I know I'll never find another you.

(Instrumental bridge with wordless vocals)

But if I should lose your love dear, I don't know what I'd do,

For I know I'll never find another you.

Another you,

Another you.

They are one of the reasons why I consider the music of the 60's as the greatest decade in Rock & Roll history. Brilliant!

I recall when our radio staion introduced first record of the seekers. As a teenager this group really impressed me. I really loved Judith Durhams voice. When I listen to the Seekers from Ytube. Wow! They are good. I think back as we were growing up. We were blessed. The great music that have come along during the years. Many great artists and the great music that come along the way. Unfortunately Rock and Roll downgraded in the early Seventies. Rock and Roll is still alive not fully dead. I still believe Rock and Roll will make that great comeback. I still enjoy rock and roll and my other is Folk. The two who really stand out are the Dubliner and the Seekers. I wish we could have that magic pill to relive our teenage years. Would that be something. The Seekers made music and sang the music with passion. Still it brings a tear from my eyes. In all honesty Judith Durham was blessed with a million dollar voice. What a career that she had. God bless her. I too say thanks for the memories. I do hope that Rock and Roll will make a comeback with the artists that we grew up with. It would be great with another Seekers and Dubliners.

Great talent and great material using a minimum of instrumentation to make beautiful music. How times have changed and turned themselves inside out.
