You've got it nailed, my friend - I couldn't agree more. If religion and alcohol were banned tomorrow, 99% of the world's problems would be solved at a stroke. Regarding the Searchers, I always loved this band when I was growing up in the 60's and they were one of the two best groups to come out of Liverpool, the other being A Flock Of Seagulls - criminally underrated.
