One of the best examples of 20's music, I sometimes wish we could go back to those prohibition days and meet Al Capone all over again.

This song was popular when I was in high school, many centuries ago. Flip side of one version was "I'm looking over a four-leafed clover..." I guess both songs would be considered terribly sentimental by young folks today...but so what? A lot better than their own raucous "music" and supposedly sexy lyrics that border on the obscene. And, as you know, I ain't no prude.

1- OMG the ideal was really a baby face, big eyes, tiny nose, tiny mouth, round cheeks, round jaw. kind of eery. 2- most of these plump faces would not be acceptable by today's gaunt standards, yet they indicate good health.
