A couple of years ago this band was support group for a band at the Little Civic in Wolverhampton England. Unfortunately their vehicle broke down on the motorway and only the guitarist turned up. He hitchhiked on the motorway in order to perform on his own at the gig to some songs off their album. I'll always respect them for that!

I know what you mean. I must however admit that for me these guys do seem to have a certain structure/theme in their riffs, not a conventional one though, and this structure didn't show itself until I had listened to this record like three or four times. It's kind of like listening to Allan Holdsworth's music for the first time, which also goes all over the place in regard to chord progressions/voicings. It just has to grow on your ears I guess. But it's definitely worth it. I love this album.

First time listening to this band, these are MY thoughts : They have great technical skills and the overall band dynamics are amazing, I simply don't understand why they put so much dissonance into their pieces, it sounds like a random notes played without any logics behind, this gives a weird direction to the song, I just can't see where the whole thing is going as it also seems to me that they are playing riffs one after the other without any real progression or links. Correct me if I'm wrong
