Yeah, Richard was awesome in this movie and it is the Battle Royale / Hunger Games of the 80's and has a lot of great, memorable lines, including the funny "How about a light?" one.

Do you think this movie is the Hunger Games or Battle Royale of the 80s? wasn't Richard Dawson terrific in this movie? and did you think this movie was funny at times especially with that "How about a light" line?

@Johnlindsey289 Yes, i saw it 2 times in theaters and i think it is one of the more underrated Stephen King films.

That song is so epic. I watched The Running Man and Red Heat not too long ago and i have to say there both epic flims showing Arnie at his prime.

@Spugeste26it's showing Red Heat in the UK . I watched Red Heat too,that was a cool movie and yes it was brilliant too.,Arnie was great in this and very cool.and so was James Belushi, He was very funny as his partner.arnie and James said some funny one Liners in Red Heat.I live for the 80's just like you.I loved arnie in The Running man,thats one of my favorite movies of the 80s.I think arnie was very handsome in Red Heat and The Running man. I can't wait to watch arnie in The Expendables.

@Spugester26 John parr's cool song Naughty Naughty appeared in The Under rated [1987] vampire Flick Near Dark in the Famous Bar Scene, that was so funny and hilarious. the actors in this movie were bill paxton and Lance Henrikson.I did not Know it was in miami vice as well, I Need to check that out.I Love This song Crystal eye and Running Away with you, great songs and What a great movie this was.

@Spugester26 John Parr's Naughty Naughty also appears Near Dark as well.I also Love Running Away with You from The Running Man.I love the 80s music, they were the best.the 80s were the best era of the movies and music.I Love The Running Man Soundtrack, very cool and so very 80s. Best Movie of Arnies,and I thought Arnie Looked very sexy and so cool in this movie.He had great chemistry with maria conchita alonso.
