First heard this version of Brian Wilson's "I Can Hear Music" yesterday on the car radio. The Ronettes are the best girl group ever and I love the way they do this song! Ronnie Bennett Spector is the finest girl group lead singer I've ever heard...take a seat and listen, Ms. Ross!

Yes Drew Mom, that is exactly what I was trying to say! Phil Spector was in his own right a musical genius AND he assisted in the careers of so many talented groups and individuals. I for one and many others miss him and what he brought to the world. And the court case rings of similarities to the Natalie Woods and Robert Blake stories (Hollywood / gossip.) The world lost those two talents and they are missed as well. (I guess you could say the key to my former reply was the words IF HE DID IT.)

i didn't keep up on the phil spector thing but thought it was a waste of great talent. the woman he murdered can't speak anymore but yes , if he did it he needs to be locked up for a long time, unacceptable behavior and a menace to other people.
